At Eminence Research and Laboratories, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Below is our cancellation and refund policy:

1. Cancellation:

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
• After 24 hours, cancellations are not allowed as the order may already be in process.

2. Refunds:

• If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@eminenceshop.online or +91 7237841191.
• We will initiate the refund or replacement process after verifying the product’s condition.
• Refund Processing Timeframe: Refunds will be processed within 24 hours of the request being submitted.
• Refund Credit Timeframe: The refund will be credited back to your account within 2-5 business days depending on the payment method or platform used.

3. Shipping Costs:
Refunds will exclude shipping costs unless the product was defective or the wrong item was delivered.

4. Return : We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Once the return product is received it will be inspected and the return will be approved within 2 days

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
